We are a newly formed blank check company. While we may pursue a business combination target in any business, industry or geographical location, we intend to focus our search on businesses in the technology industry that have their primary operations located in Asia. We believe that we will add value to these businesses primarily by providing them with access to the U.S. capital markets. We will seek to capitalize on the strength of our management team. Our team consists of experienced professionals and operating executives. Collectively, our officers and directors have significant experience in mergers and acquisitions, and operating companies, in the Asian markets. We believe we will benefit from their accomplishments, and specifically their current and recent activities in the Asian markets, in identifying attractive acquisition opportunities. However, there is no assurance that we will complete a business combination. Our officers and directors have no prior experience consummating a business combination for a “blank check” company. We will primarily seek to acquire one or more growth businesses with a total enterprise value of between $100 million and $200 million.
